Louise carries out the whole chocolatier process of bean roasting, winnowing, conching, tempering and creating meaning the end product is a pure and true definition of dark chocolate. Now back in Cornwall, UK, Louise is bringing the delight of high quality chocolate to a new market.
Our chocolates are hand made from Bean to Bar, personally sourced from a single estate in Trinidad, West Indies, Caribbean.
